If you're not into numbers, let's just say that there are quite a few miles between me and the Boots&Pants girls. Getting together to rehearse is no easy task.
Because we're a country away, Boots and Pants are instead, having a rehearsal in absentia.

I sit 3,178ish miles from home and plug my earbuds into my iphone and start playing back tunes that we recorded at rehearsal a few weeks ago.
Since we won't be rehearsing again and will be doing the gig flying by the seat of our (boots &) pants, it helps to hear again that I have the high part on Gone Gone Gone and I Shall Be Released, the harmonies alternate on Passionate Kisses and I'm on the last verse, etc. etc.
When time, distance and busy schedules prevent us from jamming face to face, technology will have to do.
